The most photogenic church

I truly believe this church, St. Andrews is the most photogenic and photographed church in the Roanoke area. You can see it from 581 and from almost anywhere downtown. I know I have taken many photos of it and it has snuck into many photos I have. The beautiful golden brick is even stunning up close along with the stained glass windows as it sits on its perch on the top of the hill in Gainesboro.

This second photo was taken looking head on from Shenandoah Ave and N Jefferson St. The church looks as though it is peeping through the trees.
