The Zoo Part 3

More from the Mill Mountain Zoo

Nina - the newest edtion at the Zoo, is a 10 month old cougar, brought here from Columbus Zoo. She is still in a very playful stage in her life and loves to stalk you as you walk along her cage.

She has gotten much larger since I first saw her after the zoo got her and showed her to the public.

Here is the majestic Sam the Bald Eagle, what else can I say except that he has moved to a larger enclosure. He is majestic!

Ok, I know I forgot to get the names of the owls and here is another beautiful owl!

This guy is the Red Panda. He is quite spectacular, his colors and face are beautiful and look like they have been painted on!

  • Thanks for the zoo photos. Very nice. It's been quite a while since I've been up there. Natural Bridge has a nice zoo also.
